LIMERICK PA – The top price for real estate sold within the township from Aug. 20-25, 2009, came in at $284,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The property is located at 220 Benner Rd.
- A second, at 213 Azelea Dr., sold for $219,090; and
- A third, at 501 Horseshoe Dr., sold for $169,600.
This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Nov. 8, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.
By contrast, during the same period, the top real estate sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, none listed; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $250,000; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $717,500; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, none listed; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, $229,000; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, $357,000; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $229,000.
