LIMERICK PA – The Victory Bank, 548 N. Lewis Rd., received $541,000 in Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) capital infusion funding, provided by the federal Treasury Department on Feb. 27 (2009), according to “The Bailout Report” website hosted by USLaw.com.

The report said money supplied to the bank was part of $1,415,882,000 ($1.4 Billion) distributed by the Treasury during February “in the form of preferred stock with warrants.” It has not been disclosed how the money will be used, nor was the report independently acknowledged by the bank.

The Victory Bank opened its new, permanent Limerick office late last year.
