LIMERICK PA – Talk about a bird’s eye-view.

You can see for miles, literally, from the seat of a Cessna 172 airplane as it makes its approach to the Pottstown-Limerick Airport, Ridge Pike, in a video clip uploaded Tuesday (July 14, 2009) to the YouTube account of user NikheV.

You’ll fly past the twin towers of Limerick Generating Station (at an allowable distance, of course) and over a variety of housing communities. Can you spot where you are from the air?

The pilot circles the plane a time or two before lining up with the runway to land in the early evening, as the sun sets in the background. It’s a pretty ride.
