LIMERICK PA – The top price for a home sold within the township from May 4-8, 2009, came in at $540,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The home is located at 163 Wentworth Cir.

  • A second, at 100 Graterford Rd., sold for $395,000;
  • A third, 310 Deer Run Ct., $232,900;
  • A fourth, 61 Cedar Ct., $231,000;
  • A fifth, 324 Laurel Dr., $225,00;
  • A sixth, 102 Forrest Ct., $225,000;
  • A seventh, 25 Lozark Rd., $192,500; and
  • An eighth, Forrest Glen Dr., $55,000.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (July 19, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and the townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top home sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, none listed; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $165,900; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $805,531; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $270,000; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, none listed; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, $248,000; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $356,753.
