LIMERICK PA – The top price for a home sold within the township from June 1-5, 2009, came in at $432,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The home is located at 196 Bradford Dr.

  • A second, at 17 Rutherford Ct., sold for $421,481;
  • A third, 111 Walker Rd., $257,500; and;
  • A fourth, 1310 Foxmeadow Cir. Bdlg. 13, $190,000.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Aug. 16, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top home sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, $245,000; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $271,500; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $585,000; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $390,000; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, $150,000; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, $195,000; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $357,500.
