LIMERICK PA – The top price for a home sold within the township from June 15-19, 2009, came in at $555,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The home is located at 377 N. Limerick Rd.

  • A second, at 1513 Finley Cir., sold for $424,900;
  • A third, 463 Galie Way, $325,000; and
  • A fourth, 162 Pebble Beach Dr., $290,769.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Aug. 30, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top home sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, $134,000; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $239,000; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $1,099,975; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $257,500; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, none listed; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, none listed; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $309,185.
