LIMERICK PA – The top price for a home sold within the township from June 22-26, 2009, came in at $559,937, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The home is located at 8 Inverness Cir.

  • A second, at 2008 Royal Ct., sold for $245,000.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Sept. 6, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top home sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, $210,000; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $335,340; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $437,845; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $360,000; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, $353,000; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, $170,000; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $325,000.
