LIMERICK PA – The top price for real estate sold within the township from Aug. 5-12, 2009, came in at $375,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The property is located on Ridge Pike.

  • A second, at 32 Homestead Ln., sold for $339,000; and
  • A third, at 146 Pebble Beach Dr., sold for $297,705.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Oct. 25, 2009) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top real estate sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, $194,000; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $470,000; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $690,000; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $269,900; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, $190,000; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, none listed; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $362,370.
