    The first portion of the Gateway At Sanatoga project, including a Costco warehouse store, gas station, restaurants and bank was approved Thursday by the Limerick (PA) Board of Supervisors.     Most of the Spring-Ford community by now knows its high school’s marching band was featured last week in Philadelphia’s Thanksgiving Day parade. However, local residents who were enjoying a meal out of town probably missed the ABC television performance. Fear not; it’s been saved at YouTube.
