LIMERICK PA – The top price for real estate sold within the township from Oct. 12-16, 2009, came in at $332,280, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The property is located at 122 Pebble Beach Dr.

  • A second, at 400 Calloway Ct., sold for $279,990;
  • A third, at 301 Aronimink Dr., sold for $245,000; and
  • A fourth, at 1004 Foxmeadow Dr. Bdlg 10, sold for $147,500.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Jan. 10, 2010) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top real estate sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, $204,900; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $234,900; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $517,171; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, $275,000; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, none listed; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, $none listed; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $272,500.
