ROYERSFORD PA – Security cameras and digital video recorders are being sought for installation at Spring-Ford Area School District buildings, according to an advertisement that appeared Saturday (April 10, 2010) in The (Pottstown PA) Mercury newspaper, the district’s publication of record for legal notices.

And the district is attempting to be somewhat exclusive in seeking vendors to bid on the project. The advertisement specifically states that only sellers whose “primary business location (is) within a 60-mile radius of Royersford PA” will be considered eligible bidders.

Documents offering specifications on the equipment being sought for purchase, and other terms and information, are currently available at the district administration office, 857 S. Lewis Rd., Royersford, or by e-mail from MaryAnn Lorenzo, administrative assistant to Business Manager Timothy Anspach.

Sealed bids addressed to Anspach must be received at the administration office by April 30 (2010; Friday) at 3 p.m. Faxed copies will not be accepted. For more information, call 610-705-6204.
