HARLEYSVILLE PA – The second annual Dive-In Festival, a day-long fund-raising and educational event to assist the International Association for Handicapped Divers, will be held Saturday (Sept. 25, 2010) from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Academy of Deeper Education, 601 Yoder Rd., Harleysville PA.

Activities scheduled during the day include free “discover scuba” introductory sessions, a flea market, consignment sale, and silent auction, underwater diving equipment service training classes, seminars and speakers, manufacturer rep product seminars, an on-site demo pool to try new gear, travel and resort representatives, drawings for trips and gear, food by local caterers, and a disc jockey and live local band.

All proceeds benefit the IAHD, a non-profit dedicated to bringing the magic of the underwater world to divers with physical, mental and emotion challenges everywhere through adaptive scuba training and special needs programs.
